Mr. John P. Kivlen
(Founder and Chief Executive Officer)

John is an innovative and successful international theatrical producer, thinker and marketer who has worked extensively with several of the most prominent theatrical producers in New York City and on the international stage. He has a vast personal network in the theatrical community, and is on the cutting edge of the best of Broadway productions. He has held positions in domestic and international general management with such luminary organizations as Broadway Asia International, the Martha Graham Dance Company, Cirque du Soleil’s Saltimbanco; and project management with the Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, and many other entertainment organizations. John has worked with numerous theatrical groups and organizations including the Center Theatre Group, Los Angeles Opera, Washington National Opera, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Opera Pacific and noted regional theatre companies. Broadway Asia international tours and productions include: The King and I, SpongeBob SquarePants, The Sponge Who Could Fly, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella starring Tony Award Winner Lea Salonga, Creature from the Black Lagoon at Universal Studio Hollywood, Race for Love in Huairou, China and Reel to Real in Edinburgh, Scotland. John has lived and/or worked throughout world including Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Dubai, Qatar, Australia and Canada.

Ms. Zhang Lei

Zhang LeiWith more than 12 years of experience in the national media and advertising industries in China, Lei is a specialist in high-end publishing and major magazine marketing, strategy and brand integration. An expert in helping non-Chinese companies integrate their marketing and business strategies into the Chinese market, Lei has successfully launched two famous, international magazines in China as editor-in-chief. Her unique insights have made her an important start-up partner in two companies over the past five years, in collaboration with many leading media firms China. Her close association with high net worth companies and individuals has enabled her to seek specialized opportunities for business development at levels where inward private investment can be considered across the Chinese market, which can differ greatly from region to region. Lei’s Clients have included China-mobile, China-Unipay, Roche, Michelin, COSTA Coffee, BNP Paris, and International diamond jeweler companies. She holds a post-graduate level diploma in finance and economic trade from Jiangsu Chinese Social and Science Institution, and a B.A. in Chinese literature from Nanjing Normal University.

 

Mr. Tony K.M. Au
(Director of Business Development/Asia)

TonyAuTony had over 19 years’ experience in financial markets & investment banking. Tony headed credit structuring in Asia for several global financial institutions including Commerzbank (Germany), Nomura (Japan) and Calyon (France), he also headed and built Capital Markets operation for Fortis in Asia. Prior to moving back to Asia from London, he held various roles in investment banks involving derivatives structuring, structured finance, securitization and direct investment. He was one of the pioneering developers of synthetics credit structures and few other renowned credit derivatives products. He focused in the design of structured products and arbitrage strategies for all category of investors from insurance companies to hedge funds. Tony also conducts venture capital investment for over 16 years in a part time capacity. Tony founded and currently heading several investment companies , focusing investment in Asia including China. He retired from financial markets & investment banking in 2008 so to commit full time to his venture capital investment. Current focus is on environmental and entertainment industry. With respect to track records, Tony had successfully invested and guided few high technology content startups which were either listed or acquired by competitors. Two successful examples are Smartire System (a Canadian startup with patented tire monitoring systems ) and GD Associates ( A UK peripheral defense startup with patented shock wave detecting system for the defense against snipers and explosions ). He was a ballistic weapon scientist in Ministry of Defense United Kingdom after he graduated from Imperial College of Science and Technology in 1989. Tony holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Computational Fluid Dynamics.
